OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How It Works
Valhalla Bound currently only ships US Domestic. All orders are shipped within 1-5 business days of received payment. All efforts will be made to ship all purchased items in one package. Valhalla Bound reserves the right to utilize partial shipments, subject to items availability in stock. Valhalla Bound uses USPS to ship. USPS Priority rates apply to all shipments. USPS 2-3 business day delivery and delivery confirmation. Tracking data will be forwarded to the client when the item(s) ship.
OUR RETURN POLICY
The Small Print
Customer satisfaction is very important to Valhalla Bound and we are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the order date. All items for return or exchange must be in their original condition, quantity and, in the original packaging. Personalized and custom items cannot be returned or exchange. Valhalla Bound will do their very best to process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible. Exchanges are based on current stock and availability. In the event that an exchange cannot be made, a refund will be processed instead.
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the return policy requirements or is lost during return delivery.
